If you need to change manually the exchange status can manage it via phpMyAdmin of your hosting.

Open phpmyadmin -> select database -> list table "ec_exchanges".
Every row have a column "status", any number of different status displays text and do a certain function in the system.

If status is "1" the text is: "Awaiting Confirmation"
When users complete the exchange format and presses the exchange will show a table of information exchange and it will need to confirm it.

If status is "2" the text is: "Awaiting Payment"
When user click to confirm exchange will be redirect to payment form.

If status is "3" the text is: "Processing"
This status is when user already payed their order. The exchange waiting the action from Your side.

If status is "4" the text is: "Processed"
This status is when you already process order from your side. I.e. you sent money to client.

If status is "5" the text is: "Timeout"
Client have 24 hours to pay his/her exchange order. If he/she dont pay order will be changed to this status.

If status is "6" the text is: "Denied"
This status means that you refused the order and are back money to the customer.

If status is "7" the text is: "Canceled"
When client cancel the exchange order.
